21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, withhold shipment of any further Product to the Purchaser and might terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting contracts between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate applicable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
